In the era of legal marijuana, Retail cannabis shops should be fun, engaging and like an 'adult-candy' shop. Inspiring the idea after being tired of using ineffective bins and nail salon risers.
In 2019, I designed a custom pre-roll tube dispenser which became the first custom prototype, inspiring the idea to bring a more economical version of the product to life after experiencing how impactful it was to increasing our Pre-roll category sales.

As the former owner operator of a popular cannabis store in Northeast Seattle's Lake City neighborhood, Herbn Elements, I had the opportunity to test digital and physical customer experiences. In 2019 I decided to test an idea, to design a build custom pre-roll displays that resembled smokes behind the counter at gas stations or a candy shop.
The numbers speak for themselves, the displays more than doubled my pre-roll sales from what i projected. The displays became a highly visual, engagement piece with customers and budtenders around our point of sale. Our average basket size rose and along with it, category sales and margins.
